I cannot praise Chris White Funeral Services highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff are incredible, patient, friendly and caring throughout. Communication was excellent and everything went smoothly from the initial meeting to book the funeral to the day of the funeral service. Very well organised, slick and highly professional.
Unfortunately we had to use their services twice within four months and both times we had the same amazing service. Thank you for making such sad occasions so much easier by taking the hassle out of our hands, and making us feel completely at ease.

From start to finish Chris White were amazing. Beckie was very helpful throughout. They collected my father promptly and with dignity. They were on hand throughout the whole process and regularly checked in with progress of the funeral. They conducted an amazing service for our dad and I highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend Chris White Funeral Directors enough following the exceptional care and service following the passing of my Mum. Beckie at the Wilton office deserves special recognition for her unwavering understanding of our needs, and the patience to give us time. On the day itself we all felt safe in her hands, so that we could concentrate on our own grief and needs. Mum absolutely got the service she wanted and I am so glad we chose Chris Whites (following a recommendation). Having such a peaceful, respectful funeral has enabled us to move to the next stage in our journey and Beckie played an important part of that. Emotional intelligence is often rarely seen these days, but was very much on show here. Thank you to all but especially Beckie.

As Ukrainians, we have very different funeral traditions, and we were understandably worried about how everything would work in the UK. From the very beginning, Helen made us feel supported and reassured. She explained everything clearly, answered every question with patience and understanding, and organised everything so quickly and professionally.

What meant the most to us was not only her efficiency but also her genuine compassion. She treated us with such warmth, respect and humanity, which brought us great comfort at a time when we needed it most.

We are deeply grateful to Helen for making such a difficult day much easier to face. She is a true credit to her profession, and we cannot thank her enough.
