I cannot recommend Chris White Funeral Directors enough following the exceptional care and service following the passing of my Mum. Beckie at the Wilton office deserves special recognition for her unwavering understanding of our needs, and the patience to give us time. On the day itself we all felt safe in her hands, so that we could concentrate on our own grief and needs. Mum absolutely got the service she wanted and I am so glad we chose Chris Whites (following a recommendation). Having such a peaceful, respectful funeral has enabled us to move to the next stage in our journey and Beckie played an important part of that. Emotional intelligence is often rarely seen these days, but was very much on show here. Thank you to all but especially Beckie.

As Ukrainians, we have very different funeral traditions, and we were understandably worried about how everything would work in the UK. From the very beginning, Helen made us feel supported and reassured. She explained everything clearly, answered every question with patience and understanding, and organised everything so quickly and professionally.

What meant the most to us was not only her efficiency but also her genuine compassion. She treated us with such warmth, respect and humanity, which brought us great comfort at a time when we needed it most.

We are deeply grateful to Helen for making such a difficult day much easier to face. She is a true credit to her profession, and we cannot thank her enough.

Would highly recommend Chris Whites Wilton. Have been looked after by Beckie from the first point of contact to leaving at the end of the service could not fault the service. Beckie has shown, Respect, dignity and personal touch shows she cares in the work she does along with the team.

Everyone was so kind but Sophie was amazing so kind , explained everything and was with us the whole way, everything we asked she was able to answer and assist with what we needed so professional and yet so thoughtful and with sympathy , never having had to do anything like this before Sophie and the whole team were guiding us every step and I will be forever grateful , from repatriation to caring for Nick and to his funeral , I thank you all so much.
