Chris came to the house,talked us through the whole process and guided us to help make our dissions. The whole team was very professional and compassionate and helpful. They made the process more bearable.
On the day the team was there to meet us and talk us through what and when things were happening. It definitely made the process of organising dads funeral easier and less stressful.

The service provided by the team, particularly Richard Gault who we had the most contact with, was extremely efficient and compassionate at all times. The officiant we were introduced to was very professional and the funeral was a fitting tribute to my mother. The family really appreciated all that the team at Chris White Funeral Directors did to make things run smoothly at this difficult time.

I have nothing but gratitude for Sophie who gently explained how my brother’s cremation and internment would take place. She even came to the cremation and was so caring and gentle and clear that it was like having a long time friend give us a big hug. I cannot say enough about her caring way and she answered all our questions and made us large cups of tea!

The team in Salisbury put so much sensitive care into helping us organise everything after Mum passed away, allowing us to feel whatever we felt as we went through the planning process. It all went so smoothly and I feel like we gave Mum a final ceremony that she would have thoroughly approved of. With their kindness they helped ensure that nothing but positive memories remain at the end. Thank you!

All the people I dealt with were excellent. Beckie looked after us very well from the first meeting and any queries were dealt with promptly. The whole team were compassionate and caring and on the day the staff carried out their duties with respect and confidence. In what was a very difficult time, they made things easy without being pushy.

At a time of a lost love one, Chris White Funeral Director brought the family comfort and peace of mind. The care from beginning to closure was second to none with the help of Sarah, who is such a credit to the profession. Everyone involved in the passing of my soul mate Sandra has been kind, passionate, considerate, full of empathy and so respectful to the loved one...this I could have not asked for more.
