We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Helen for all her kindness, care and support during such a difficult time for our family.

As Ukrainians, we have very different funeral traditions, and we were understandably worried about how everything would work in the UK. From the very beginning, Helen made us feel supported and reassured. She explained everything clearly, answered every question with patience and understanding, and organised everything so quickly and professionally.

What meant the most to us was not only her efficiency but also her genuine compassion. She treated us with such warmth, respect and humanity, which brought us great comfort at a time when we needed it most.

We are deeply grateful to Helen for making such a difficult day much easier to face. She is a true credit to her profession, and we cannot thank her enough.

Would highly recommend Chris Whites Wilton. Have been looked after by Beckie from the first point of contact to leaving at the end of the service could not fault the service. Beckie has shown, Respect, dignity and personal touch shows she cares in the work she does along with the team.

Everyone was so kind but Sophie was amazing so kind , explained everything and was with us the whole way, everything we asked she was able to answer and assist with what we needed so professional and yet so thoughtful and with sympathy , never having had to do anything like this before Sophie and the whole team were guiding us every step and I will be forever grateful , from repatriation to caring for Nick and to his funeral , I thank you all so much.

Having known Chris for many years, including the care shown when arranging our father’s funeral, it meant a great deal to have that familiarity and trust at such a difficult time. From the very beginning, your guidance was thoughtful, calm and compassionate helping us navigate what felt like a very overwhelming and emotional period.
Your attention to detail, professionalism and kindness were outstanding throughout. Every request was handled with care, and we always felt supported and reassured. The dignity and peace with which our mother was brought to the crematorium, and the way everything was conducted, was truly beautiful.
